the room had a good size. there was complimentary water available in the hallway, a definite plus (i appreciate small touches like that). the hotel itself presented with modern, stylish decor. i found the staff quite friendly .
i had some difficulty with the parking system upon departure. the exit barrier required validation, and there was a slight delay getting it resolved (it felt a bit archaic).

The staff were attentive! they quickly addressed a minor issue with the tv remote. breakfast offered a wide variety of options, including fresh pastries and a full irish spread. I especially liked the black pudding. the room had two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. The water pressure was consistent. the location was convenient, with easy access to public transport.
The gym was a bit small. It only had 3 treadmills.

Access to the car park was good. Plenty of spaces with very easy access to the hotel.
I didn't enjoy my stay. i reported a noise issue with the fan in the bathroom at reception when i went out for the evening. I was assured it would be looked at. when i returned that night, nothing had been done about it. the night staff were rude when i asked to move rooms. The staff let the place down.
